If you’ve ever ventured out to the western half of Colorado there’s a town called Palisade that’s home to some of the finest peaches in the country.

Combined with some local spring onions, habaneros, fresno chilis and garlic, this concoction was mixed together and fermented in the depths of a basement in downtown Denver. What a treat!

Grab a bowl of your favorite microwavable mac and cheese, or that infamous family crock pot gruel of canned foods, and add a generous slug of Mississippi Swamp Ass and you’ll forget about all those things you should be doing instead. When your ass starts sweating as much as your mouth will be watering, think of me, an artist, playing with vegetables in his basement!
